Primed for a busy Easter weekend of racing, Michael King Jr. made the long haul to Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway on Friday afternoon to compete in the two-day Tuckassee Toilet Bowl Classic.

Clicking off the sixth-fastest lap in his group, King Jr. finished fifth in his heat race and earned the 17th-place starting position. With the track becoming very dusty throughout the 40-lap feature, Michael was unable to a see a stopped car and slammed into him. The damage sustained was too severe to remedy at the track and Michael headed home early.
